Lastly, I stamped a background with the text background included in the Stripes and Holiday background stamps, with Festive Berries Distress Oxide ink. I then added some Distress Rock Candy to the moon and the bottom of the letters “SNOW”. I then added a teeny dot of red stickles to Rudolph’s nose. I attached the hat to the gold Santa and then using foam squares attached Santa and his sleigh to the background. I also cut just Santa’s hat from some red sparkle cardstock. Next, I die cut the Santa sleigh and moon die included in the Dash Away All die set from metallic gold cardstock. I then used the trail of stars die included in the Dash Away All die and die cut that from the background and layered some gold sparkle cardstock behind the star cutouts. I then diecut the background with the largest rectangle in the Outside In Stitched Rectangle set from Lawn Fawn.
I then ink blended over this with regular Distress Ink in Chipped Sapphire, Blueprint Sketch, and Wilted Violet, using domed foam on mini ink blending tool handles, and of course square Ink Stands to make ink blending easier! I white embossed “Dashing Through The Snow” from the Bold Tidings 4 stamp set, with Brutus Monroe Alabaster White Embossing Powder, on a piece of Distress White Heavystock.
